Holy Family Parish Begins Major Fundraising Campaign
Our Campaign Prayer
Loving Father, you chose Mary and Joseph to raise your Son Jesus Christ in a human family where he grew in wisdom, in stature and favor with you and his people.
Under the patronage of the Holy Family, we follow your Son as faithful disciples growing in knowledge and wisdom of your will for us.
With great confidence, then, we ask the intercession of the Holy Family as we seek to meet vital needs of our parish through this financial campaign. Inspire us to imitate the generous stewardship of Mary and Joseph as they accepted their calling to raise your Son. May we always go forward, strengthened and renewed, in loving service of Christ and our neighbor.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen
Holy Family Parish to Build New Church
The Parish's new house of worship will cost an estimated $1.6 million to build, on the site currently occupied by the Saint Charles Borromeo Church. The Pastorial Council has allocated some $600,000 to the project from the Parish 's existing reserves and the remaining cost will be achieved through a $1-million capital campaign. The campaign will unfold over the next few months, with an expected completion date of June 6, 2008.
